If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on
refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on
which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

For products that are custom-made or specially sourced, cancellation is not possible after 14 days from the date of order placement.

The production and preparation time may vary depending on the specific item you choose.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will
use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such
reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
● The Goods are in the original packaging
● The following Goods cannot be returned:

● The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned,
deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene
reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed
with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in
our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend
an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods
or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift
credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to
You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to
themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

    – سفارشات در تهران و شهرستانها با پست پیشتاز برای شما ارسال خواهد شد
    – بعد از اتمام فرایند خرید اجناس، روند ارسال برای شما انجام خواهد شد و نیازی به تماس مجدد به ترکیه متال شاپ نیست
    – زمان ارسال کالاها در حالت نرمال بین ۲۰ تا ۳۵ روز کاری میباشد. در صورت موجودی انبار در سه روز کاری به آدرس شما ارسال خواهد گردید.
  • در در شرایط خاص ماننده بسته شدن پروازها یا اختلال در سیستم باربری٫ تعطیلات عید نوروز ، و سال نو میلادی امکان تاخیر بیشتر از زمان ارسال ذکر شده وجود دارد.
  • – در صورت داشتن هر گونه سوال در مورد کالاها و پیگیری سفارش به پشتیبانی ما در واتس اپ پیام ارسال کرده و یا در اینستاگرام به آدرس (@Turkeymetalshop) با ما در تماس باشید

شرایط عودت و تعویض سفارشها

کالاهای الکترونیک و جانبی توسط ما تست و بازبینی شده و ارسال خواهد شد. در صورت شکستگی در هنگام ارسال و عدم کارکرد قابل تعویض یا عودت مبلغ میباشد، و تا مدت زمان ۳ ماه گارانتی ترکیه متال شاپ است.

اجناس که دارای مدل، سایز ، رنگ یا هر گونه منوی انتخابی میباشد به صورت سفارشی تهیه شده و پس سفارش امکان تعویض، عودت یا مرجوعی امکان پذیر نیست.

در صورتی که بیش از ۳۰ روز کاری اضافه بر مدت زمان ارسالی ذکر شده در سایت سپری و کالا توسط خریدار دریافت نشده باشد امکان عودت وجه میباشد.

پس از دریافت سفارش در صورت توافق به عودت کالای خریداری شما  طی نهایت ۳ روز کاری، میبایستی کالا به انبار ما بازگردانی شده و پس از دریافت محصول توسط ما، هزینه برای شما عودت خواهد شد.

کالاهای سفارشی از مقصد ترکیه وارد ایران شده و در مدت زمان ۳ تا ۷ روز کاری تحویل پست خواهد. در این پروسه زمانی پس از وارد شدن سفارش به ایران یا پس از دریافت کالا امکان عودت وجه و کنسلی وجود ندارد

کالاهای مانند پوشاک و غیره در صورت عدم انطباق با عکس و ارسال مدل متفاوت, پارگی یا شکستگی قابل تعویض یا عودت میباشد. در صورتی که سایز انتخابی شما صحیح ارسال شده امکان تعویض در صورت مناسب نبودن سایز امکان پذیر نمیباشد٫ در انتخاب سایز لطفا دقت فرماید و برای انتخاب سایز به جدول سایزبندی در گالری عکس مراجعه کنید.

سفارش ها پس از دریافت، در صورت وارد شدن هر نوع خسارت به کالا توسط شما، امکان تعویض یا عودت وجه وجود نخواهد داشت.

نحوه خرید

  • پس از  انتخاب کالای مورد نظر خود ابتدا در صورت داشتن گزینه انتخابی مانند طرح، رنگ، مدل، یا سایز بر روی این گزینه ها کلید کرده تا آیکون تا ( افزودن به سبد خرید ) از کم رنگ به پررنگ تبدیل شود سپس بر روی افزودن به سبد خرید کلید کنید
  • لطفا دفت به فرماید در صورت داشتن چند گزینه انتخابی میبایستی همه گزینه ها انتخاب شود
  • در قسمت بعد میتوانید با کلیک کردن بر روی علامت مثبت و منفی تعداد کالای مورد نظر را کم یا زیاد کرده و در صورت داشتن کد تخفیف وارد کنید
  • در غیر این صورت بر روی اقدام به پرداخت کلید کنید
  • در قسمت فرم اطلاعات میبایستی گزینه های ستاره دار به درستی وارد شود
  • نام و نام خانوادگی ، استان و شهر ، خیابان، به فارسی نوشته شود،
  • آدرس ایمیل ، شماره تلفن، و کد پستی ۱۰ رقمی به لاتین نوشته شود
  • پس از تکمیل فرم بر روی ثبت سفارش کلید کنید
  • در قسمت درگاه با داشتن رمز دوم با تمامی کارتهای عضو شتاب میتوانید از سایت ما خرید خود را انجام دهید
